Description
Emergency gas shut off button for use with gas interlock, gas detection and gas shut off applications. The Emergency Knock-off button has a built in resettable screen made from perspex. This enables site staff to press multiple times without having to replace the button. When the Perspex screen has been pressed inwards an activation indicator drops into view at the top of the window after the ‘Reset’ has been operated. The unit is then simply reset with a key and is ready for re-use straight away.
APPLICATIONS
The ‘Emergency Gas Shut Off Button’ Reset call point is compatible with most conventional gas safety and fire alarm systems. It is safe for use in areas where glass cannot be used, e.g. food processing plants and swimming/leisure centres. As the unit can be simply reset it provides an ideal solution for areas that suffer from a high number of false activations such as schools, shopping centres and other public places.
