Description
The Merlin 1650+ gas interlock system is designed for use in commercial kitchens with commercial ventilation. This system is ideal for commercial kitchens where the appliances have flame failure devises. If the appliances do not have flame failure devices then a gas proving interlock system is required.
The Merlin 1650+ gas interlock system has built in current monitors that are used to interface with the ventilation fan via the fan speed controllers. Typically 1 extract fan unit and 1 supply air fan unit will be interlocked in commercial kitchens.
